Investigations and monitoring in sensitive locations

CHALLENGE:

The client needed to access multiple sites to undertake physical upgrades and renovations to facilities in sensitive areas where the local population was resistant to outsiders. Profile was engaged to provide support and security to employees and document any incidents that occurred during access.

OUR STRATEGY:

We developed a team of investigators experienced in potential conflict de-escalation, and then provided extensive health and safety training associated with the client’s industry.

OUR SOLUTION:

These trained, experienced investigators were provided with very specific direction regarding support of employees, de-escalation tactics and documentation of interactions and incidents. They also met with members of the local community on an almost daily basis throughout the client’s engagement to ensure amicable communication.

RESULTS:

• Client was able to complete their upgrades within their strict timeline
• No significant incidents or altercations with the local community during this time
